The facility is owned and operated by Emerald Correctional Management and they are contracted out by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to detain suspected criminal noncitizens and those seeking asylum.   • Visits are subject to availability of the visitation room.
  • Detainees are allowed 30 minutes of visitation, but more time may be requested.
  • A maximum of two visitors may visit at any one times.
  • Adult visitors must present a valid government-issued ID to enter facility.
  • Visitors must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time.
  • A minor must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times while on the premises.
