Karina Ochoa

Karina Ochoa is an Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship attorney at The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC. Ms. Ochoa assists clients in creating an estate plan that is tailored to each client’s unique needs and familial situations, whether the planning is for large or modest estates. She also counsels’ clients on various fiduciary matters, including will contests, probate and trust administration, and guardianship proceedings.

Ms. Ochoa began her career advocating for the rights of children in special and general education by safeguarding their right to a free, appropriate education, protecting them from unfair disciplinary sanctions, and shielding them from bullying, harassment, and discrimination. Prior to joining The Gonzalez Law Group, Ms. Ochoa worked as a family law attorney where she helped clients navigate difficult family issues like divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and marital property agreements.
Ms. Ochoa understands that estate and trust matters can be overwhelming, complicated, and emotionally draining. She takes great pride in taking the time to learn about what matters most to her clients, assessing their situations, and delivering thoughtful, individualized solutions.
