Jessica N. Rodriguez is a dedicated Immigration Attorney for The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC, who is admitted to practice Law by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law. During law school, she demonstrated leadership and legal insight as President of the Organización de Mujeres Estudiantes de Derecho and as Sub-Secretary of the Law School Student Council. She also contributed as a writer for the Law Review, Revista de Estudios Críticos del Derecho, with her article on domestic violence law diversion programs under Puerto Rico’s Law 54-1989, published in its 18th edition. Additionally, she broadened her global legal perspective through Comparative Civil Law studies abroad at the Complutense University of Madrid.
Before becoming an Immigration Attorney, Jessica gained valuable legal experience serving as a Paralegal in Houston, Texas, where she focused on case management for matters involving Child Protective Services, Immigration, and Personal Injury. Her work in these areas laid a strong foundation for her client advocacy and legal practice today.
Her professional background reflects a variety of experiences, including legal consulting for economic incentives programs. She has also served in the Healthcare Industry of Puerto Rico involved navigating provider disputes, administrative hearings, and regulatory compliance, further enriching her legal expertise.
In addition to her legal credentials, Jessica is a Certified Mediator, a Notary Public for the State of Texas and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, reflecting her holistic approach to client advocacy and wellbeing.
Jessica brings a passion for justice, integrity and a multidisciplinary skill set. Her client-centered approach and broad experience make her a dynamic and impactful legal professional.
Outside of the office Jessica enjoys attending church, wellness events, exercising outdoors, reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
