Adam Stewart practices business and civil litigation with a focus on strategy, precision, and results. He approaches every matter with the same philosophy: find the most effective path forward, minimize unnecessary expense, and achieve the client’s goals with clarity and purpose. He believes legal advocacy should be efficient, disciplined, and tailored — not inflated by posturing or cliché.
Raised in the Midwest and educated in Texas, Adam combines straightforward pragmatism with the tenacity of a born competitor. He’s as comfortable negotiating a resolution as he is preparing for trial and views cooperation as a tool — not a compromise — when it serves his client’s long-term interests. When the situation demands a fight, he’s ready for it. When diplomacy makes more sense, he uses it to win.
Adam’s practice includes business and civil litigation, real property disputes, contract and negotiation matters, and complex legal research and analysis. He has a proven record of working effectively with both co-counsel and opposing counsel, bringing analytical rigor and situational awareness to every case. His clients appreciate that he listens first, acts deliberately, and never confuses motion with progress.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (cum laude), Adam is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the Southern District of Texas Federal Court. He studied Latin and the classics before turning to law — disciplines that honed his love of logic, language, and the art of persuasion.
Outside the office, Adam is a lifelong reader, fitness enthusiast, and practitioner of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He believes that discipline, adaptability, and an appetite for challenge are as valuable in the courtroom as they are on the mat. Above all, he enjoys the contest — and he likes to win.
