Sara Roque was born in Mexico City, Mexico and moved to the Houston, Texas area when she was 11 years old. She is a trial lawyer currently focusing on the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation. Throughout her career Sara has worked on a variety of criminal cases ranging from DWIs and domestic violence to Child Abuse and Murders.
Ms. Roque is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she studied History and Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center where she was a member of the Hispanic Law Students Association and the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law. While at UH Law, Sara participated in the law school’s Immigration Clinic and Trial Advocacy course. Prior to her employment at the Gonzalez Law Group, Sara interned at multiple firms in Houston and a Mexican Energy Regulatory Agency. Her experience includes Criminal Law, Business and Commercial Litigation, and International Oil and Gas Law.
Sara is completely bilingual in English and Spanish. She joined the Gonzalez Law Group in order to pursue her passion for Criminal Law.
