Melissa Salinas is an Office Manager at The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC. She joined the firm on August 2016 as a Legal Assistant. By September 2017 she acquired complete knowledge of her position and was promoted to a Legal Assistant Supervisor. As a Legal Assistant Supervisor Melissa helped with developing training manuals and implementing strategies to best help provide exceptional customer service in a fast pace environment. As of August 2018 Melissa, has been an Office Manager at the firm. Her job duties include but are not limited to organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll and keeping up with the company’s financials. In addition, she has over seven years of customer service/ administrative experience. Melissa is currently studying to obtain her degree in Human Resources/ Business from The University of Houston. She also assists HR seminars/ trainings at least twice a year and enjoys ongoing opportunities to strengthen her knowledge in the field.
