Krystal Burr is an experienced Texas paralegal with a strong background in family law and the criminal justice system. Her experience includes assisting with divorce, child custody and SAPCR proceedings, modifications, enforcements, adoptions, protective orders, probate matters, and other complex family-law cases.
Krystal is skilled in drafting legal pleadings and supporting attorneys throughout litigation, including hearing and trial preparation, discovery, mediations, court settings, e-filing, and client communication.
Prior to her legal career, Krystal spent six years with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, where she gained extensive experience with confidential criminal justice records, compliance requirements, and law enforcement databases. She is TCOLE Certified and has experience with TCIC/NCIC, CJIS, Superion, OpenFox, and JWEB.
Known for her organization, attention to detail, and compassionate approach, Krystal is committed to helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. She plans to continue her legal education through the Evening J.D. Program at Texas Southern University to ultimately become an attorney.
