Karen Ayala is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Gonzalez Law Group. She incorporated her knowledge and more than 6 years of experience in  customer service and more than  4 years of administrative experience to the law firm  in September 2017. She has gone from being a receptionist, to a Legal Assistant Supervisor, helping office managers when needed to an executive assistant since January 2019. Her main duties include, but are not limited to, tracking the CEO’s schedule, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, routing calls, and taking messages. In addition to the above duties, she also assists the marketing department sitting in executive meetings, compiling an updated database spreadsheet, and assisting with promotional events/activities. She is currently taking online classes to continue her education in Business Management with a concentration in marketing. When she’s not at work, she likes to spend time with her loved ones and travel. With her knowledge and experience, Karen wants to continue to grow along with the company and provide the best customer service and experience at The Gonzalez Law Group.

Volunteering Experience

  • Queen of Peace Church – Help  the reception office with student enrollments.
  • El Centro de Corazon – Organization and collection of  toys for Christmas and Back to School events.
