The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC

Jesus Suday

Jesus “Chuy” Suday is a bilingual trial attorney at The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC. He was born and raised on the Texas-Mexico border of Del Rio, Texas, where immigration was a part of his daily life. Jesus’s family migrated from Japan to Mexico 5 generations ago and shortly thereafter migrated to the United States. Jesus attended school in Texas in the mornings and school in Coahuila, Mexico during the afternoons. His early education has given him the ability to write, read, and speak fluently in Spanish. As an immigration attorney, Jesus’s greatest quality is being able to put himself in his clients’ shoes. A quote that perfectly demonstrates his dedication for his work is “el que no vive para servir, no sirve para vivir.”

Jesus Suday’s first legal job was working in criminal defense. Then, he worked for a business immigration firm while taking on pro bono clients at Randall O. Sorrels Legal Clinic. Since working at the clinic, Jesus has worked at The Gonzalez Law Group as an intern/paralegal and now as an attorney.

Jesus played college lacrosse at Texas State University while completing his political science degree. During his free time, he likes to watch the San Antonio Spurs, Astros baseball, Texans football, and Houston Dynamo. Jesus also enjoys playing basketball, baseball, football, lacrosse, golf, and horseback riding, as well as watching live sports and live music.
