Francisco Guerrero, II focuses primarily on family law but has experience in criminal law, business transactional matters, and other civil practice areas. Mr. Guerrero has been licensed in the State of Texas since 2006. Mr. Guerrero obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas – Pan American in 2000. He then attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he obtained his law degree in 2005. Mr. Guerrero has held positions with federal, state and local agencies throughout his 15 years of legal experience. His time as an Assistant Attorney General in Texas was the beginning of his concentration in family law cases.

Throughout his time as a licensed attorney, Mr. Guerrero has represented numerous clients in courts throughout the State of Texas. His family law litigation experience includes divorces, child custody matters, child support, modification and enforcement of court orders, adoptions, termination of parental rights and many other areas included in the family law spectrum. Mr. Guerrero has helped hundreds of clients obtain the results they deserve both in a courtroom and at the negotiation table.

Mr. Guerrero has enjoyed a career as an educator, as well. He has taught both high school and college courses and currently holds a position as an adjunct professor with the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley since 2013. These professional experiences have enriched his legal skills by gaining a greater sense of communication with clients and legal professionals, which he finds vital to success in all legal matters.
