Bringing 18 years of experience and dedication, Emily has handled hundreds of Family Law cases from case initiation through trial, including high-net worth divorce matters, highly contested child custody matters, enforcements, modifications, adoptions, and CPS removal cases. Emily’s extensive legal knowledge and courtroom experience allow her to remain clear-headed and focused on her clients’ legal objectives at a time when there are many moving parts. She is committed to providing clients with the expert guidance they need to make informed, well-reasoned, and strategic decisions about their lives.
Emily began her legal career as a Post-Graduate Fellow at Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse in Houston, Texas. Thereafter, Emily joined a boutique Family Law firm in her hometown of Galveston, Texas, and later went on to run a successful solo practice in Houston.
Emily is married and has one son who is in middle school.
