Dayna M. Ryan is a trial attorney who focuses primarily on Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. She has 17 years of experience as an attorney and has focused on Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning and Probate since 2012. She was admitted to the State Bar of Louisiana in 2005 and the State Bar of Texas in 2020.

Dayna was born in Austin, Texas and grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana. She graduated from the Centenary College of Louisiana with a B.A. in Psychology. She then went on to earn her J.D. at The Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and an LL.M in Elder Law and Special Needs Planning at Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Prior to joining The Gonzalez Law Group, Ms. Ryan practiced extensively in Estate Planning and Probate, in both Louisiana and Texas. Her primary focus has been in the areas of Trusts and estate and gift tax planning. Ms. Ryan also has amassed a great deal of experience in Elder Law, Special Needs Planning and Oil, Gas and Mineral rights.

Ms. Ryan joined The Gonzalez Law Group in 2022 where she continues to assist her clients in preserving the assets that they have spent a lifetime building, while also protecting their families once they are no longer able.
